Lagoon Bayan Enjoy being emersed within the rainforest as you relax on your balcony (fully screened) and take in the sights and sounds of the rainforest. Overlooking the waterlilly filled lagoon and Julaymba Restaurant you may even spot turtles and fish in the lagoon below. The Lagoon Bayans feature modern styling with natural tones of the surrounding landscape.
Canopy Bayan are newly renovated rooms with uninterrupted views of the rainforest canopy over the property's creek. After a day exploring the hidden paths to the swimming holes, enjoy the afternoon relaxing on the screened balcony as you relax into the balcony day bed.

The name Julaymba comes from the Aboriginal word “The Daintree River”. Location
The Daintree Eco Lodge and Spa is on Daintree Road in The Daintree. From Cairns City International Airport drive 90 minutes north on the Captain Cook Highway past the Village of Port Douglas and the sugar cane township of Mossman and follow the signs to Daintree Village. The Daintree Eco Lodge and Spa is located on the southern banks of the Daintree River, so a ferry crossing is not required.
Self Drive Car Hire is recommended for your stay at Daintree.
